1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from September 5, 2000 as delivered.
4. City Attorney:
A. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon a portion of Marchbanks Circle and certain utility easements. (Rick Wyatt)
B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Industrial (I-1) to Residential (R-3), for the Villa Apartment Complex, located at the northeast corner of Calion Street and Word Avenue. (Brian Gibbs)
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) and Residential (R-2) to Residential (R-3) for the Indian Pointe Apartment Complex, located at 1830 E. Johnson. (Brian Gibbs)
5. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action at 213 South Patrick as recommended by Jonesboro Code Enforcement.
6. Resolution to place various traffic signs within the Jonesboro city limits as recommended by the Jonesboro Police Department and the Metropolitan Area Traffic Authority.
7. Set an appeal hearing regarding denial by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission to rezone property from Agricultural AG-1 and Residential R-1 to Industrial I-1, located at 6106 Southwest Drive. (Winston & Paulette Quinn)
