ORDINANCE CONCERNING LICENSE FOR DRAYS

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate a dray or do public hauling within the City of Jonesboro without first obtaining a license therefor, which shall be issued only upon the payment of Ten Dollars annually to said City.
This ordinance shall not apply to persons, firms or corporations who shall have paid the license fee required of drays under the Vehicle Tax Ordinance.
Such license fees shall be collected in the same manner and by the same officers as the license fees under the provisions of Sec. 230 hereof.
