AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2002 BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION 1: Budget Ordinance #3340, adopted December 17, 2001, as amended during 2002, is further amended by the increase (decrease) in budget revenues and transfers detailed in Schedule A.

SECTION 2: Budget Ordinance #3340, adopted December 17, 2001, as amended during 2002, is further amended by the increase (decrease) in budget appropriations and transfers detailed in Schedule B.

SECTION 3: This ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity of the City of Jonesboro, is hereby declared to be an emergency and shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3^rd day of February, 2003.
