AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF JONESBORO 2007 ANNUAL BUDGET BY THE ADDITION OF TWO COMPUTER TECHNICIAN POSITIONS FOR THE INFORMATION SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT

Body

WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a need to create two additional Computer Technician positions for the Jonesboro Information Systems Department and

WHEREAS, the pay plan currently contains a description of the Information Systems Computer Technician position;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, that:

SECTION ONE:  The 2007 annual budget for the City of Jonesboro, adopted as Ordinance 05-2007 on January 2, 2007 is amended by the addition of two Computer Technician positions for the Information Systems department.

SECTION TWO:  The 2005 annual budget of the City of Jonesboro is amended by the appropriation from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund the sum of $29,817.96 as follows:
