AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 954, THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO REZONE FROM R-1 TO C-3, CERTAIN PROPERTY (4516 EAST JOHNSON AVENUE)

WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has heard all persons desiring to be heard regarding the proposed rezoning of certain property generally located at 4516 East Johnson Avenue, and has recommended to the City Council rezoning as described below;

 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:                 

 

That Ordinance No. 954, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended by the change in zoning district classification, from R-1 Residential to C-3 Commercial, for the following described property: Lot 1, Scott Vaughn Johnson Ave. Minor Plat in the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; same being located in the NE NE of S10, T14N, R4E.
