AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARKING SPACES FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING: PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

NOW, THREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
Section 1: The first parking space east of the alley behind Le Banque Restaurant on the south side of Washington Street shall be designated as a loading and unloading zone.
Section 2: Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00.
Section 3: All ordinances and/or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1982.
