(A) 1st reading - Ordinance to vacate the unimproved portion of North Church Street
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three located east of Industrial Drive at the intersection of the 63 Bypass and south of Raider TireCompany. (Dan Mulhollen/Harvey Estates)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend ordinance number 2556 to correct a legal

5. Resolution to condemn property located at the 5000 block of East Parker Road at the southeast corner of Highway 63 and Joe N. Martin expressway.
6. Resolution requesting City Water & Light to provide free electrical and water service to the islands for the adopt an intersection project located at 1911 East Matthews Avenue.
7. Resolution certifying Consolidated Molding Technologies LLC to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program.
8. Resolution authorizing the necessary steps to place the issue of a Mosquito Control increase from $1.00 to $2.00 before the voters in the General Election.
