AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 2630 REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 2630 rezoning the following described property located in Craighead County, Arkansas, to-wit:
Lots 1 through 7, Block 1 and Lots 1 through 14, Block 2 of Edwards Replat of all Block 1 and all of Block 2 of Carter Addition be repealed as said matter was inadvertently placed on the agenda and passed by the Council.
SECTION 2: An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, it shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1995.
