The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission met in regular session at 7:30 P.M. on Thursday, December 14, 1972 in the Court Room at City Hall to consider the following requests:
Item #1. Charles Keller request approval of a replat of part of Lot 13, Cobb and Lee Survey into a lot 64 feet x 196.4 x 67.86 x 184.82. This property is located on the east side of Caraway Road just north of Nettleton Avenue. A motion was made by Mr. Adams and seconded by Mr. King to APPROVE the request. A vote was taken and the motion was passed unanimously.
Item #2. Guaranty request approval of replat of Lots 1, 2, 21 and 22 of Fairview Acres, Block D into Lot 1. This property is located on the corner of Race Street and Hw. 1 Relocation. A motion was made by Mr. Matthews and seconded by Mr. King to APPROVE the request. A vote was taken and the motion was passed unanimously.
Item #3. Wiggins Construction Company requests approval of a replat of Lots 61, 62, 63, and 64 of College Place Subdivision into 1 lot to be known as Bogan Subdivision. This property is located northwest of the intersection of State Street and Hwy. No. 1. A motion was made by Mr. Matthews and seconded by Mr. Cooper to APPROVE the request. A vote was taken and the motion was passed unanimously.
Item #4. Wiggins Construction Company requests approval of a replat of the west 90.0 feet of the east 310.0 feet of the south 290.0 feet and the north 180.0 feet of the west 117.0 feet of the east 427.0 feet of the Southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 7, township 14 north, range 4 east, and containing 1.15 acres, more or less. This property is located north of the intersection of Belt and Allis Streets. A motion was made by Mr. King and seconded by Mr. Cooper to APPROVE the request. A vote was taken and the motion was passed unanimously.
