BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor and City Council that S.L. Davis and W.M. Davis be and they are named as judges for the February 21^st election in said improvement district and that Jettie Burke, Iona Fairhead and Constance Porter all of whom are residents and owners of real estate in the City Water and Light district be and they are named as clerks for said election.
