WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro enlisted the services of Condrey & Associates, a professional firm, to conduct a salary survey;

WHEREAS, Condrey & Associates conducted said salary survey and made recommendations concerning a salary schedule and classification and compensation policies and procedures to the Mayor and the Finance and Administration Committee;

WHEREAS; the Mayor and the Finance and Administration Committee recommends the implementation of the Plan B Modified salary schedule in addition to the salary adjustments prepared by the City of Jonesboro’s Human Resource Director totaling approximately $55,000.00 be included in the 2004 budget effective January 1, 2004;
