(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three (R-1 to C-3), located North of Race Street and West of the fairgrounds along the proposed Fair Park Boulevard and then east along Race Street to near the Allison Mobile Home business office. (B) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Industrial One (R-1 to I-1), located on the East side of Highway 351, approximately 1/4 mile North of Highway 49. (George Hamman)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three (R-1 to C-3), located at Stadium Blvd., across the road from Fox Meadow Lane. (Shahin Riahi for Stuck Associates)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Four (R-1 to C-4), located on Cole Street. First house on the right, south of Nettleton in Cole's second addition. (Calvin Connell)
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend sections 14.08.02 (d)4, and 14.08.04 (d)4 to change the criteria for acceptable accessory buildings in residential zoning districts.
5. Resolution establishing a public hearing for the vacating and abandonment of the unimproved portion of Southwick Drive, between lots 30 and 32, off Lawson Road in Valley View in the South View Acres Subdivision. (Tim Allison)
