4. City Attorney:

(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three (R-1 to C-3), located North of Race Street and West of the fairgrounds along the proposed Fair Park Boulevard and then east along Race Street to near the Allison Mobile Home business office. (B) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Industrial One (R-1 to I-1), located on the East side of Highway 351, approximately 1/4 mile North of Highway 49. (George Hamman)

(C) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three (R-1 to C-3), located at Stadium Blvd., across the road from Fox Meadow Lane. (Shahin Riahi for Stuck Associates)
