ORDINANCE DECLARING FAST OR RECKLESS DRIVING TO BE A MISDEMEANOR AND SETTING FINES

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or drive over the streets or alleys of the City of Jonesboro at an usually fast or rapid pace, or in a reckless manner; and any person violating this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined in any sum not more than Twenty-five Dollars.
