PUBLIC HEARING - 7:15 P.M. - As requested, for the purpose of vacating and abandoning a drainage easement between Lots 3 and 4 of the Calvary Chapel Addition in Jonesboro, Arkansas. (Phillips Investments / Jim Lyons)

CITY COUNCIL AGENDA - August 21, 1995

1. Call to order by Mayor at 7:30 p.m.

2. Roll call by Clerk.

3. Approval of minutes from August 7, 1995, as mailed.

· Resolution commending the "Sluggers", a Jonesboro 8 and under Softball Team for winning the 1995 Arkansas State Championship in their division.

4. City Attorney:

· Matter regarding the adoption of Ordinance 2630, a rezoning from Residential One to Residential Three for property owned by Mr. Mack Fleming. The rezoning was approved by the MAPC with detailed stipulations. Mr. Fleming wishes to discuss these stipulations before the Council. (Mack Fleming\Mooney Sr.)
