RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR MARKETING AND ADVERTISING SERVICES FROM HARPOLE PHILLIPS FOR JETS

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has agreed to enter into a contract for marketing and advertising services from Harpole Phillips, LLC for a zero dollar value;

WHEREAS, the Finance director has determined that all state and municipal purchasing laws and regulations have been met in selecting Harpole Phillips;

WHEREAS, the Transportation Coordinator and the Citizens Advisory Board have determined that the selection was made based on presentation, responsiveness and creativity;

WHEREAS, a copy of the Contract is attached to this Resolution;

WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed and approved this Contract;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO THAT:

The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into this contract for marketing and advertising services from Harpole Phillips, LLC.
