Metropolitan Area Planning Commission Executive Session Minutes

December 12, 1968

The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission met for an Executive Session on Thursday, December 12, 1968, following the regular meeting at 7:30 P.M. in the City Hall.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Lane, Falls, Spurlock, Ulmer, Kenward, and Scott.

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Scott.

Item #1.  Ellis Farm: Motion was made by Lane and seconded by Ulmer to approve.  Motion passed.

Item #2.  Ray Johnson’s 1^st Addition: Motion made by Ulmer and seconded by Spurlock to approve.  Motion carried. 

Item #3.  Briarwood’s 2^nd Addition: Motion by Ulmer for approval subject to approval of Rosemond, Dupre, and Munos being extended at future dates.  Seconded by Lane.  Motion carried. 

Motion by Falls that Executive Session by adjourned.  Motion passed.
