WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the owner of the property, the residents of the City of Jonesboro and all interested parties that the property described below be rezoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas. hereby rezones the following described real property situated in Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas, and more particularly described as follows: (Kent Arnold)
A part of the Southeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 13 North, Range 4 Ease, Craighead County, Arkansas, to wit: BEGIN at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 5, then run South 591.3 feet; then run South 88° 19'23" West 1189.9 feet; then run South 00°08'51" East 369.40 feet; then run South 88°31'26"West 614.10 feet; then run North 00°57'24" West 209.02 feet; then run South 87°55'17" West 436.40 feet to the East right-of-way line of Ark.
