A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SELL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4216 STADIUM BOULEVARD

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro is the owner of the property located at 4216 Stadium Boulevard;
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has received a bonafide offer from Consolidated Youth Services, Inc. who desires to purchase the property located at 4216 Stadium Boulevard, owned by the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 13 North, Range 4 East, containing 9,000 square feet, more or less
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sell the above property to Consolidated Youth Services, Inc. for the sum of $178,000.00 and execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate this transfer.
