RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ABANDONMENT OF BLOCK STREET

Whereas, A.C.A 14-301-302 requires two (2) weeks public notice before the above street can be vacated and abandoned.

Now, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the City Clerk is directed to publish a notice once a week for two consecutive weeks advising the public that the City of Jonesboro will consider vacating and abandoning Block Street and the East/West alley between Block Street and Liggett Street, North of Aggie Road, Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas, and that this matter will be heard before the City Council on July 10, 1989, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
