1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

3. Approval of minutes from June 19, 2000 as delivered.            

4. City Attorney:

A. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-3), located at 4507 E. Nettleton (Frisco at Thorn) (Max Dacus Jr.)

B. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located S/W corner of Race Street and Richardson Road.  (Mack Fleming)

5. Request by Mr. Keith Carle to address the Jonesboro City Council regarding Mosquito Control, extension of the 1% Sales and Use Tax, and redistricting of city council boundaries that he failed to address at the last meeting due to its shortness.
