A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO APPROVE A CHANGE ORDER WITH NABHOLZ CONSTRUCTION FOR THE ANIMAL CONTROL FACILITY;

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has contracted with Nabholz Construction for the construction of the Animal Control Facility; and

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to change the project with the attached Change Order No. One (1 ) by increasing the contract $78,529.00; and

WHEREAS, the funding for the Change Order shall come from 07-100-0423-00 and compensation shall be provided upon completion of the project;

NOW THEREFOORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:

Section 1:                     The City of Jonesboro shall accept Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $78,529.00 from Nabholz Construction for this project.

Section 2:                     The funding for the Change Order shall come from 07-100-0423-00 and compensation shall be provided upon completion of the project.

Section 3:                     The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this change order.
