A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A REAL ESTATE LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF JONESBORO AND THE ARKANSAS GAME AND FISH COMMISSION

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to lease a portion of Building 13 at the Jonesboro Municipal Airport;

WHEREAS, The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission desire to lease said property;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1:  That the City Council of the City of Jonesboro hereby agrees to lease a portion of Building 13 at the Jonesboro Municipal Airport to the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.

Section 2:   The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute such documents as are necessary to effectuate this transaction.
