WHEREAS, Ms. Joella Morris has served this City of Jonesboro, Arkansas as Purchasing Agent since May 9, 1977.

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make this resolution a part of the permanent record.

WHEREAS, That the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service of Joella Morris has rendered to the City of Jonesboro and its citizens during these years she has served as purchasing agent.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Joella Morris has performed a great service for our city and its people and the City Council and the Citizens of Jonesboro great appreciate her service.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6^th day of August, 1984.
