WHEREAS, David Eagle being appointed Interim Finance Director with added work responsibilities:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that David Eagle be given separate bonus compensation in the amount of $500.00, subject only to deductions for Federal and State income taxes.
