3. Approval of minutes from, October 21, 1996, as provided.

(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate a 120.0' drainage easement and a 146.6' utility easement on Lot 6, Pardew North Addition. (Guy Pardew & Lan Metz/ Ed Stepp)

(B) 2nd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located at the Northwest quadrant at the intersection of Highway 226 (Woodsprings Road) and Highway 63 By-Pass. (Burrow/Dennis Zolper)

(C) 3rd reading - Ordinance accepting certain lands annexed to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, by order of the County Court of Craighead County, Arkansas, assigning said annexed territory to Ward 3; zoning said annexed territory Residential (R-3) and Commercial (C-3).
