WHEREAS, the City Council at its regular meeting on August 4, 2015, pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. Section 14-54-104(2) heard the request of Harp’s Food Stores, Inc. and Sharon Porter to abandon public street rights-of-way; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing and heard all persons desiring to be heard in connection with this matter; and
