BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as Recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classifications as follows:

From Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) the following described property:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, to wit: from the Southeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10, thence N. 88°56'00" East a distance of 614.79 ft. to a point on the West Right Of Way Line of Paragould Dr. ; thence N. 00°00'00" East along said West Right-Of-Way Line a distance of 393.75 ft. to the point of beginning; thence continue N. 00°00'00" East along said West Right Of Way Line a distance of 190.31 ft. to a point of the Southerly Right Of Way Line of State Highway #49; thence along a curve to the Left, said curve having a radius of 2884.39 ft., an arc of 659.02 Ft., a chord of 657.59 ft. to a point; thence leaving said Southerly Right Of Way Line run S. 04°19'00" East a distance of 78.40 ft. to a point; thence S. 28° 24'00" East a distance of 65.78 ft. to a point; thence N. 78°27'44" East a distance of 608.70 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 2.58 acres.
