BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:

SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Be Amended as Recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classifications as follows:

From Residential One (R-1) To Commercial Three (C-3) the following described property.

The North 300 feet of a part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter, Northwest Quarter of said Section 11, thence South 88°18'26" West 766.01 feet to a point in the center of Breedlove Creek, thence along centerline of said creek North 13°1'12" West 137.66 feet, thence North 49°42'33" West 104.63 feet, thence North 24°32'9" West 162.71 feet, thence North 38°31'14" West 46.83 feet to the point of beginning, thence North 4°16'39" East 340.66 feet, thence North 20°35'9" West 377.33 feet, thence North 2°1'6" West 222.72 feet to the centerline of Highway #49, thence along said centerline South 88°51'49" West 25.21 feet, thence on a curve to the Left (Radius 2417.6 Angel 4°35'27") 193.71 feet, thence South 0°52'57" West along centerline of Paragould Drive 540.81 feet, thence South 38°31'14" East 143.01 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.8 acres and subject to road Right Of Way on the North and West Side and ditch Right Of Way on the South and East Sides.
