AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY CLERK, AND EX-OFFICIO MUNICIPAL COURT CLERK, AND THE CITY ATTORNEY, OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:

SECTION 1. Beginning January 1, 1951, the salary of the City Clerk and ex-officio Municipal Court Clerk, shall be Three Thousand dollars per annum, payable in monthly installments as other salaries are paid.

SECTION 2. Beginning January 1, 1951, the salary of the City Attorney of Jonesboro, Arkansas, shall be Two Thousand Four Hundred dollars per annum, payable in 12 equal monthly installments.

SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

PASSED and ADOPTED this the 2^nd day of October, 1950.
