WHEREAS,
 
A part of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 31, Twp. 14 North Rgn, 4 East being more particularly described as follows:  commence at the North ¼ Corner of said Section 31; thence South 89 degrees 25 minutes West on the Section Line 801.5 feet; thence South 01 degrees 00 minutes East 593.15 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South 01 degrees 00 minutes East 181.85 feet; thence North 89 degrees 25 minutes East 234.1 feet; thence N 00 degrees 54 minutes West 185.0 feet; thence  South 89 degrees 25 minutes 100.9 feet; thence South 01 degrees 00 minutes East 3.15 feet; thence South 89 degrees 25 minutes West 133.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.99 acres, more or less.
 
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:  
 
That Title 14, known as Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended by the change in Zoning District Classification from R-1 Residential to R2 a LU-O Residential, for the following described property:  Tract "C" of Parker Lands Survey to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
 
The use of the above property will be limited to a total of nine dwelling units configured within three tri-plex buildings.  The development will be screened from the adjoining industrial property by an eight foot solid wood fence.
