RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO ENTER INTO A SAFETY AND WELFARE AGREEMENT WITH JURHA

Body

WHEREAS,  a formal agreement is proposed to set out the responsibilities of each party.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro that:

1.  That the City of Jonesboro and JURHA shall enter into an agreement to provide for safety and welfare of individuals served through overlapping of their jurisdictions.

2.  Mayor Harold Perrin and City Clerk Donna Jackson are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to effectuate this Agreement.
