1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from November 6, 1995, as mailed.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Industrial One, located right off Parker Road going south 0.8 miles on the east side of Industrial Drive. (Schwan's Sales Ent.\Troy Sheets)
(B) 3rd reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Four, located at 635 W. College, south of College Avenue between Culberhouse and Wood Streets. (Pete Gasaway)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Residential Two, located on the east side of Richardson Road, south of Leatherwood. (Jesse Priddy)
(D) 3rd reading - Ordinance to amend Section 9.38 known as "Street Specifications", for the purpose of incorporating the Garver & Garver street specifications plan into the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances.
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive bidding on the purchase for bridge panels for bridge at Easley Lane.
(F) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 989 and Section 5.08.01, "Littering Illegally", of the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances, increasing the amount charged for each violation.
(G) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend Section 8.40.20, "Leased Spaces" of the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances, increasing the fee from $10.00 to $15.00 and to declare certain city-owned parking lots as "Lease Only" lots.
