(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate a 120.0' drainage easement and a 146.6' utility easement on Lot 6, Pardew North Addition (Guy Pardew & Lan Metz/ Ed Stepp)
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on Tina Circle west of Arkansas Highway 141 (Church Street), north of Bettie Drive and south of Ginger Drive and lying some 1.2 miles north of Johnson Avenue. (Jimmy Doyle Hunt /Dan Mullhollen)
(C) 1st reading- Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located at the Northwest quadrant at the intersection of Highway 226 (Woodsprings Road) Highway 63 By-Pass. (Dennis Zolper)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance accepting certain lands annexed to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, by order of the County Court of Craighead County, Arkansas, assigning said annexed territory to Ward 3; zoning said annexed territory Residential (R-3) and Commercial (C-3). 5. Resolution requesting a public hearing to vacate the alley running West of Baker Street into the East 45 feet of Lot 5, Block 2, of Morse's Addition. (James & Mary Lackey)
