A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT PROPERTY (PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT) DESCRIBED AS A 20’ DRAINAGE EASEMENT CROSSING LOTS 2 AND 3 OF NORTHEAST ARKANSAS HOSPITALITY REPLAT FOR MAINTENANCE;

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the property described as follows for maintenance:

A 20’ Drainage Easement crossing Lots 2 and 3 of Northeast Arkansas Hospitality replat of a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas also know as Minor Plat for Ruben Griffin and Lowes Addition.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

SECTION 1.                     The Mayor, Doug Formon, and the City Clerk, Donna Jackson, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the permanent drainage easement described above.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15^th day of January, 2008.
