B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) and from Commercial (C-3) to Residential (R-1), located on the west side of Paragould Drive and the Southside of Johnson Avenue. (Burrow Family Trust)
5. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide free utility service to the following locations:
· Julian James Memorial Park (Playground) - 1212 S. Church Street
· Parker Park (Playground) - 1506 N. Church Street
· Miles Park - 1605 N. Bridge Street
· Allen Park (Playground) - 3705 Race Street
6. Resolution certifying endorsement of Great Dane Limited Partnership in the Advantage Arkansas Program.
