AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1930, JONESBORO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 8.44.14 SUBSECTION C ENTITLED “DOWNTOWN PARKING”

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 1930, Jonesboro Municipal Code Section 8.44.14, Subsection “C” be amended to read as follows: To limit parking to 30 minutes, on South Church Street from Jefferson to Matthews Avenue.

SECTION 2: It is further found that an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety shall take effect from and after its approval.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21^st day of September, 1992.
