RESOLUTION TO TERMINATE THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICE CONTRACT WITH FTN ASSOCIATES, LTD DATED JUNE 2006 BY MUTUAL AGREEEMENT

WHEREAS, the construction management service contract with FTN Associates, Ltd. dated June, 2006, and adopted by Resolution No. 2006:77, has been completed and all expenses paid in full; and

WHEREAS, a new construction management services contract dated February, 2007, and adopted by Resolution No. 2007:24 by the City Council, is now in effect and environmental legal counsel advised the City to terminate the construction management contract with FTN Associates, Ltd. dated June, 2006, by mutual agreement.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO THAT:

The construction management services contract with FTN Associates, Ltd. dated June, 2006, adopted by Resolution No. 2006:77 be terminated by mutual agreement.
