A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ADA CURB CUTS AND RAMP PROJECT IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CITY AS PRICED IN BID 2006:44.

WHEREAS, There is a need to have ADA improvements in the City of Jonesboro;

WHEREAS, bid for the purchase of the ADA improvements have been taken, with the low bid of $88,928.25 being received from Cameron Construction Inc. and

WHEREAS, the money for the said services will be obtained from the ADA account of 07-100-0187-00.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

The Mayor and/or Purchasing Agent are hereby authorized, based upon the need of the improvements, to accept the bid from Cameron Construction.
