Bailey Contractors, Inc. entered into a contract with the City for the construction of the Administration Office Building - Job No. 2001:24. The contract amount is $1,179,500.00 and the work should be completed within 36 calendar weeks after the date of commencement. The resolution number is RES-11:118 and was approved by Council on July 19, 2011.
The contract was amended by Change Order No. 1 to change exterior split face masonry unit to Bisque, IT cabling, rack, patch panel and change VCT and ceramic floors to stained concrete and was signed on August 3, 2011. The new contract amount is $1,217,564.62.
The contract was amended a second time by Change Order No. 2 to change asphalt to light duty in parking area, omit curb inlets and piping, omit concrete patio and add concrete flums. The new contract amount is $1,186,421.62 and was signed on August 3, 2011.
