RESOLUTION ACCEPTING VALLEY DRIVE IN THE WESTERN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION INTO THE CITY STREET SYSTEM

WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat and the Final Plat of the Western-Heights Sub-Division to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, has been duly presented to the City Planning Commission, and the Final Plat has been approved by the Planning Commission and their certificate of approval has been issued and recorded; and
WHEREAS, Valley Drive, a street is said sub-division, has been completed in compliance with all requirements of ordinances of the City of Jonesboro, specifically complying with all requirements of Ordinance No. 909 entitled, “An Ordinance Adopting Land Sub-division Rules, Regulations and Standards.”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro. Arkansas, sitting in regular assembled session, this November 19, 1956, that Valley Drive in the Western Heights Subdivision to the City of Jonesboro be and is hereby accepted by said City into the Cities street system, and that the dedication of said street to the public use is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk, deliver a copy of this Resolution to the Sub-divider of said Western Heights Sub-division; so that said Resolution may be recorded along with the final plat of said sub-division in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk and Recorder of Craighead County, Arkansas.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1956.
