AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE ADA FUND

WHEREAS, there is a need for funds to be appropriated to the ADA Fund;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:  

SECTION 1: That the City Council for the City of Jonesboro appropriates $150,000.00 to be deposited in the ADA Fund.

 SECTION 2: That the 2006 budget is hereby amended to reflect said $150,000.00 to come from unappropriated capital improvements.
