BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro accepts the Economic Infrastructure Fund Grant to assist with site preparation with the Alberto-Culver project in the amount of $1,500,000 from the Arkansas Department of Economic Development.

SECTION 2: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and accept such documents as are necessary to effectuate this agreement.
