RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH NRS CONSULTING ENGINEERS TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR A HYDRAULIC MODEL OF PRIMARY DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 732 AND 734 VALLEY DRIVE (NOTE: THIS CONTRACT WAS AMENDED BY RES-06:270 ON JULY 21, 2006; RES-06:135 ON DECEMBER 19, 2006; RES-06:134 ON DECEMBER 19, 2006)

WHEREAS, the Mayor and other designated personnel has selected and negotiated with an engineering firm to provide engineering services for a Hydraulic Model of primary drainage structures in the drainage basin associated with the properties located at 732 and 734 Valley Drive; AND

WHEREAS, all requirements have been met regarding A.C.A. 19-11-801 for the procurement of services;

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute and accept the Agreement for Engineering Services from RSA, Inc. dba NRS Consulting Engineers consisting of pages 1 through 7.
