RESOLUTION TO SET THE PROCEDURE FOR CORPORATION ASKING FOR ACT 9 STATUS

Resolution dated 06/21/76 be it Resolved by the City Council of the city of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that a Representative of any corporation asking for Act 9 status come before the Council at least 30 days prior to asking for an Ordinance and that the contract to make payments in lieu of taxes be approved at that meeting, and that all consideration being favorable and in order, the Council will them give favorable attention to a request for three readings in one session of the Council.
