Garver, LLC contract for engineering services related to the Highway 351/Aggie Road project

Garver, LLC entered into a contract with the City for engineering services related to the Highway 351/Aggie Road projec to determine whether improvements at the intersection are necessary to increase capacity and reduce delay. The contract amount is to be reimbursed by the Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department (AHTD). RES-13:167 authorized the contract and was approved by Council on October 15, 2013.
