A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH W. WILLIAM GRAHAM, JR., INC. TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE CRAIGHEAD TECHNOLOGY PARK (CTP) INDUSTRIAL LEAD TRACK

WHEREAS the City of Jonesboro has desires to enter into an agreement to provide professional services for the surface, line, and tamping of the Craighead Technology Park (CTP) Industrial Lead Track;
WHEREAS. W. William Graham, Jr. has successfully provided design and construction administration on other City-owned rail projects and is familiar with track network;
WHEREAS, W. William Graham, Jr., Inc. has agreed to provide professional services for the CTP Industrial Lead Track project as described in the attached agreement;
WHEREAS, the funding for the execution of the agreement shall come from the 2023 Capital Improvement budget and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1: That the City of Jonesboro shall enter into an agreement with W. William Graham, Jr., Inc. to provide professional services for the Craighead Technology Park (CTP) Industrial Lead Track;
Section 2: The funding for the execution of the contract shall come from the 2023 Capital Improvement budget and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the agreement.
Section 3: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
