5. City Attorney:
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 2461 which created the permanent MATA Planning and Implementation Committees.
6. Resolution naming judges, clerks, and alternate workers to serve in the election for directors for Positions 1, 2, and 3 of the City Water and Light Plant improvement district.
7. Resolution amending the Jonesboro Employee Handbook providing for a procedure for review of disciplinary decisions regarding department heads.
8. Resolution notifying the Craighead County Solid Waste Disposal Authority and Board of the closing of the City's Class IV Landfill on or before December 31, 2005.
9. New Business by the Mayor.
10. New Business by the Council.
