A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE JONESBORO ECONOMICAL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM'S STANDARD ADVERTISING AGREEMENTS

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has agreed to approve the Jonesboro Economical Transportation System's (JETS) Standard Advertising Agreements; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Coordinator and the Community Transportation Advisory Board have approved the Advertising Agreements; and

WHEREAS, the Advertising Agreements are necessary for the operation of JETS.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to approve the Advertising Agreements for the Jonesboro Economical Transportation System.
