BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

Current balances and any future revenues of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas Series 1996 and 1997 Sales and Use Tax Revenue Bonds bond fund accounts are hereby appropriated for the additional construction of street improvements for which the bonds were issued.

PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of January, 2001.
