BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14 known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From (R-1) to (C-3) the following described property:

A part of the Northwest Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 14 North - Range 3 East Being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 14 North - Range 3 East; Thence S89\12705'49"W along the south line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 14 North - Range 3 East - 1102.50'; Thence N02\12718'32"W - 56.07' to the Point of Beginning Proper; Thence N40\12745'46"W. along the proposed Northeast Right of Way of U.S. Hwy 63; Thence with the meandering of said right of way as follows: N20\12730'14"W - 515.89'; N13\12729'27"W - 201.56'; N09\12738'27"W - 383.39'; N24\12730'49"E - 62.65' to a point on the southerly Right of Way of U.S. Hwy 63-B; Thence N81\12754'57"E along said Right of Way - 239.82'; Thence S02\12731'47"E - 597.34'; Thence S02\12728'46"E - 208.86'; Thence S02\12731'31"E - 220.56'; Thence S02\12718'32"E - 147.66' to the Point of Beginning Proper, containing 4.57 acres more or less subject to all rights of ways and easements of record.
